JWDT - First Conversation Brief An ungated planning resource, not a quotation or an agreement. Use a short outline. You do not need a complete technical specification. 1. Goal and decision owner What should improve, for whom, and who can decide priorities and acceptance? 2. Current process and tools How does the work happen today? Which systems or product components are involved? 3. Starting scope Which one workflow, feature, integration or team responsibility would make a useful first step? What is explicitly out of scope? 4. Inputs, access and restrictions Which approved information is needed? Who owns it and who may access it? Describe access needs, not actual credentials or confidential records. 5. Volume and exceptions What happens normally, and what needs a human decision or exception path? 6. Review and success criteria What evidence would show that the agreed result works? Which changes, messages or business decisions need approval? 7. Timing and working responsibilities Are there target dates, dependencies or collaboration constraints? Who will provide feedback, review work and own operations after handover? 8. Budget and operating model Note any planning constraint you want to discuss. Team allocation, tooling, licensing, support and commercial terms are agreed separately. Do not include credentials, private client files, personal employment records or production datasets. Use synthetic examples when explaining a scenario. Discuss your outline at https://jwdt.biz.id/#contact
