JWDT - Automation Pilot Readiness Checklist An ungated preparation aid, not a promise of savings or an installed implementation. Start with one workflow and representative, permitted examples. 1. Goal and owner What should change, and who can decide whether the pilot is useful? Write one reviewable success criterion and identify the current baseline. 2. Process and systems Describe the normal steps, tools, data source of truth and integration constraints. Identify input quality, expected volume and failure/duplicate handling. 3. Human approvals and exception paths Which messages, record changes, financial commitments or access changes require review? What happens when an input is incomplete, a tool fails or an exception is encountered? 4. Data and permissions Use approved or synthetic examples. Define who owns and may access each source. Keep different clients/projects separated and minimize outbound processing. Do not share actual passwords, tokens, personal employment records or production datasets. 5. Tool and execution limits List allowed actions and destinations; do not give an assistant unrestricted terminal/system access. Check licensing, hosting, credential scope, version support and operating responsibility. 6. Evaluation and handover Test normal, unavailable, invalid, duplicate and denied-access paths. Agree evidence, monitoring, failure review, change ownership and rollback/recovery expectations. Decide whether to stop, improve or expand the pilot based on reviewed evidence. Do not include credentials or confidential records in an initial inquiry. Discuss a workflow at https://jwdt.biz.id/?interest=AI%20%26%20workflow%20automation#contact
